                            RESOLUTION NO.   21048  
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED 
                 BETWEEN BAKER STREET AND FRAZIER AVENUE, MORE 
                 PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO, 
                 AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID 
                 SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THOMAS A. AND JEANNE S. 
                 AUSTIN FOR A CONSIDERATION OF SEVEN THOUSAND, 
                 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain property located between 
       Baker Street and Frazier Avenue, more particularly shown on the 
       map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and 
       is hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby 
       authorized the sale of said surplus property to Thomas A. and 
       Jeanne S. Austin for a consideration of $7,500.00.
